What you are talking about is simply a hoax which has been debunked many years ago: http://ec.europa.eu/research/press/2003/pr2010-hiv-en.html (just one of many sources). I thought Norwergian people would be more well informed, since this is one of the highest HDI countries in the world...well, maybe they are indeed, and you are just a statistical fluctuation saying bullshit over here...
